MAINTENANCE COLLECTION — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PACKAGE ELIGIBILITY

Maintenance packages are exclusively available to existing clients who have completed at least one qualifying service with The Gel Guru.

All first-time services must be booked and paid for individually at the regular service price. Initial appointments cannot be applied retroactively toward a package purchase.

Package eligibility is subject to The Gel Guru's professional assessment of the client's nails and suitability for the selected service.

2. PACKAGE PURCHASES

All maintenance packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Each package includes the specified number of appointments for the selected service.

Packages are intended for the original purchasing client and are not transferable without prior approval.

Nail designs, upgrades, and additional services are charged separately unless specifically included in the package description.

Gel-X packages include standard Gel-X removal with each appointment when needed.

3. COMPLIMENTARY ENHANCEMENTS

Each Maintenance Collection package includes a complimentary enhancement as specified in its description.

  • Three-visit Builder Gel, Polygel, and Gel-X packages include one complimentary Tier 1 nail design.

  • Three-visit Standard and Gel Manicure packages include one complimentary hand scrub.

  • Six-visit Standard and Gel Manicure packages include two complimentary hand scrubs.

  • Three-visit Dry Gel Pedicure packages include one complimentary foot scrub.

  • Deluxe Pedicure package enhancements will be specified in the individual package description.

Complimentary enhancements may be redeemed during any eligible appointment within the purchased package, subject to the quantity included.

Complimentary enhancements are limited to the quantity specified in the purchased package, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for other services, and do not carry over to future packages.

Tier 1 designs are limited to designs that meet The Gel Guru's established Tier 1 design guidelines. More elaborate designs or additional enhancements are subject to regular add-on pricing.

Complimentary enhancements must be requested before the appointment so adequate service time can be reserved.

4. REQUIRED MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

To maintain package pricing, clients must follow the required maintenance schedule:

  • Standard Manicure: Every 2 weeks; maximum 3 weeks between appointments.

  • Gel Manicure: Every 2 weeks; maximum 3 weeks between appointments.

  • Builder Gel Fill-In: Every 3 weeks; no additional grace period.

  • Polygel Fill-In: Every 4 weeks; no additional grace period.

  • Gel-X: Every 4 weeks; maximum 5 weeks between appointments.

  • Pedicures: Every 4 weeks; maximum 6 weeks between appointments.

All maintenance intervals are calculated from the date of the client's previous completed service.

5. PACKAGE SCHEDULING & REDEMPTION

Clients are encouraged to schedule all included appointments upon purchasing their package to secure their preferred dates and times.

Appointments must remain within the required maintenance intervals and applicable package-discount eligibility period.

The maximum package-discount eligibility periods, measured from the client's initial qualifying service, are:

  • 3-Visit Standard Manicure: 9 weeks

  • 6-Visit Standard Manicure: 18 weeks

  • 3-Visit Gel Manicure: 9 weeks

  • 6-Visit Gel Manicure: 18 weeks

  • 3-Visit Builder Gel Fill-In: 9 weeks

  • 3-Visit Polygel Fill-In: 12 weeks

  • 3-Visit Gel-X: 15 weeks

  • 3-Visit Pedicure: 18 weeks

These periods determine eligibility for discounted package services and do not automatically terminate unused prepaid monetary value.

6. APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE THE MAINTENANCE WINDOW

Clients who exceed their maximum maintenance interval may lose eligibility for discounted package pricing.

Any remaining eligible prepaid value may be applied toward a service at its regular price, with the difference due at the appointment.

Builder Gel and Polygel clients returning beyond their required maintenance intervals may require a full overlay instead of a fill-in, depending on the condition of their nails.

The Gel Guru reserves the right to determine the appropriate service based on nail condition, safety, and service requirements.

7. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be changed without a cancellation fee, subject to appointment availability and the remaining package eligibility window.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the allocated prepaid value of the affected appointment.

No-call, no-show appointments are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the allocated prepaid value of the affected appointment.

The allocated prepaid value of an appointment is the total package purchase price divided by the number of included appointments.

Applicable fees will be deducted from the client's prepaid value. No additional rescheduling deposit is required for fully prepaid package appointments.

Rescheduling does not automatically extend the applicable maintenance interval or package-discount eligibility period.

8. UNUSED PREPAID VALUE

If a client no longer qualifies for discounted package pricing, unused prepaid monetary value will not automatically be forfeited.

Remaining eligible prepaid value may be applied toward future services with The Gel Guru, subject to applicable law and any properly disclosed conditions.

Unused value will be adjusted for redeemed services and applicable cancellation or no-show fees. The same appointment will not be charged twice for the same cancellation.

9. BUSINESS-INITIATED RESCHEDULING

If The Gel Guru must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will not be penalized.

Reasonable accommodations will be made to preserve package benefits, including adjustments to maintenance deadlines where appropriate.

If The Gel Guru is unable to fulfill the remaining services, an appropriate credit or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

10. REFUNDS

Package purchases represent advance payment for future services. Refund requests will be evaluated according to the services already redeemed, remaining prepaid value, disclosed purchase terms, and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing a Maintenance Collection package, the client confirms that they have completed the required initial service, reviewed the package description, and understand the maintenance schedule, redemption requirements, complimentary enhancements, cancellation fees, and prepaid credit terms.
